If the card is lost or stolen, please report immediately by calling DCBank at 1-866-290-8822. You may use the IVR option 5 to temporarily lock your card (use the same option to unload if desired).
Log into your account at libertytax.dcbank.ca. You may select "Request a Card" -> then -> "Order a new Replacement Card" to place your card order. Card take 10-15 days to arrive by mail to the address on file.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
As long as the lost or stolen card is not reported, you will be liable for any loss of funds. The Mastercard® Zero Liability Guarantee begins when the card is reported lost or stolen.
